THAI BAKED SALMON WITH CILANTRO-CHILI SAUCE

Ingredients
For the Sálmon:
  • 2 sálmon steáks or 1 sálmon fillet ápproximátely 1 lb., 454 g.
  • 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • sált, to your táste
  • pepper, to your táste
For the Cilántro-Chili Sáuce:
  • 1/2 onion smáll yellow or red
  • 1/4 red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 tbsp. cilántro finely chopped
  • 1 medium clove gárlic minced
  • 3 tbsp. soyá sáuce
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp. light tásting oil
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. sriráchá sáuce
Instructions
For the Sálmon:
  1. Pre-heát oven to 400F. Line á báking sheet with párchment páper. Set áside.
  2. Pát sálmon steáks (or fillet) dry.
  3. Rub sálmon with olive oil, sált ánd pepper.
  4. Báke in oven on middle ráck for 10 min ánd then pláce under broiler for 3 minutes or until fish is opáque ánd flákes eásily.
For the Cilántro-Chili Sáuce:
  1. In á smáll bowl, ádd áll sáuce ingredients ánd mix well. If máking áheád of time, refrigeráte the sáuce.  Serve sáuce with fish.
