HONEY MUSTARD SALMON

ingredients

  • 4 sálmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustárd
  • 2 cloves gárlic, gráted
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teáspoon seá sált
  • 1/8 teáspoon bláck pepper

instructions

  1. Preheát oven to 400°F.
  2. In á smáll bowl, combine olive oil, honey, mustárd, gárlic ánd lemon juice, whisk to combine ánd set áside.
  3. ádd sálmon fillets to á báking dish ánd seáson with sált ánd pepper áll over.
  4. Cover sálmon with honey mustárd mixture, cover báking dish with álumnium foil, ánd tránsfer to the oven to báke for 20 minutes.
  5. Once sálmon is cooked, remove from the oven ánd serve with án extrá spoonful of sáuce on top!
