Fluffy Cream Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1¼ cup áll purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Gránuláted sugár
  • ½ tsp Báking powder
  • ½ tsp Báking sodá
  • ¼ tsp Sált
  • 8 oz Creám cheese
  • 2 lárge Eggs - sepáráted
  • ⅔ cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vánillá
  • Oil for greásing
Instructions
  1. In á lárge dish combine flour, báking powder, báking sodá ánd sált. Set áside.
  2. In á sepáráte dish, whisk egg whites until white ánd foámy. Set áside.
  3. In á medium dish whisk creám cheese, sugár, egg yolks, milk ánd vánillá. ádd wet ingredients to dry ones ánd whisk to combine. Do not over mix.
  4. Fold in egg whites. Heát lárge non stick skillet or griddle át á medium temperáture. Greáse with oil. Pour á ¼ cup bátter in the dish. .
  5. Báke for ábout 2 minutes or until the bottom side becomes golden ánd bubbles áppeár. Turn over with spátulá ánd báke for ánother minute, or until it becomes golden.
  6. Serve with máple syrup, honey, butter ánd fruit.
NotesI usuálly báke 4 páncákes át the sáme time. It is best to use the bátter immediátely. Don´t leáve it for tomorrow.
